At Colorious Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
How to Request a Return

- Your Order Number.
- A clear parcel opening/unboxing video and relevant photos.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our support team will review the information provided. If your claim is approved, we will initiate the return process and notify you via WhatsApp.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned with all accessories, labels, and documentation (if applicable).
- Return requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.
- Claims without sufficient proof (video/photos) may be rejected.
Resolution of Approved Claims
Once a return claim is approved, Colorious Store reserves the right to determine whether the issue will be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the nature of the claim and product availability.
Refund Policy
If Colorious Store approves a refund:
- The refund amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
- Original delivery charges (shipping charges) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For orders paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), a 4% COD processing fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on banking procedures.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, opened, or altered by the customer.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or improper storage.
- Customized, made-to-order, or special-order products.
- Returns requested after the allowed reporting period.
- Products without adequate proof of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
Right to Refuse Returns
Colorious Store reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.
